This website is operated by Briya. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Briya. Briya offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age in your state or province of residence. You may not use our handcrafted silk products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred over various networks.

Material on this site is provided for general information only and may not always be accurate or current. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
Section 4 – Pricing & Modifications
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
Section 5 – Products
Products (specifically handloomed silk potlis) may have limited quantities. As these are handcrafted items, minor variations in weave and colour are expected and celebrated as part of the craft. All transactions are in INR (Indian Rupees).
Section 6 – Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. In the event of a payment failure, no amount will be deducted; if deducted, it will be auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. Briya is the merchant; Razorpay is the payment processor.
Section 7 – Billing & Account Information
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Section 8 – Third-Party Links
Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party sites.
Section 9 – User Submissions
Any materials, ideas, suggestions or feedback submitted to us may be used by Briya without restriction or compensation.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall Briya, our directors, officers, employees or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind.
Section 12 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
