Briya specialises in high-quality, handloomed silk potlis. Each product is handcrafted and duly inspected before dispatch. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, all sales at Briyabybhavya.com are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on any of our products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at briyabybhavya@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to resolve it promptly.

3. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately upon confirmation.
